• Any other arrival and departure times must be agreed in advance.

• The fee includes the costs of water, electricity, heating, garbage, gas, free WiFi and any other charges, unless expressly contraindicated.
• Final cleaning is included except for the kitchenette and the fridge to be left clean and tidy under penalty of a supplement of € 50.00.
• On request daily cleaning.
• The supply of linen for the bedroom and bathroom is optional and can be rented on site.
• Damage deposit € 150.00.
• Damages can be requested within three days from the date of departure and for any disputes the Court of Aosta will be exclusively competent.
• For confirmation it is necessary to pay a deposit of 30%.
